I helped create this website using pure HTML, CSS and Bootstrap. Read my Personal Statement

I have had an interest in how things work and has developed my DT skills through school and independent home projects. As STEAM Leader, I created an iPad‑tracking system and proposed a barcode system building confidence in problem‑solving and technology.

My personal projects include electronic kits such as a radio and a remote‑controlled car, which helped improve my soldering and circuit‑building skills. I also enjoy CAD and woodworking, having helped design a home gym, built a wooden bird bath, and created a Greek temple model from repurposed wood. In computing, I have made games and programs in several languages and entered a NASA Raspberry Pi competition (Mission Space Lab).

I hope a DT scholarship will allow me to take on more ambitious projects, especially in electronics and mechanical systems. I aim to become an engineer in energy transfer and am committed to contributing enthusiasm, reliability, and support to the DT department, including helping at open days and setting a positive example for others.
